About the facility

VOXEL Czeladź is a modern diagnostic imaging centre providing services as part of the nationwide VOXEL network. Our aim is to provide patients with high-quality diagnostic examinations carried out using state-of-the-art equipment and in accordance with current medical standards.  
At our clinic, we prioritise professionalism, comfort and a personalised approach to every patient. Examinations are carried out by qualified medical and technical staff who ensure the safety, accuracy and smooth organisation of the entire diagnostic process. A key strength of our centre is our dedicated team of specialists and the friendly atmosphere, which help patients feel at ease at every stage of their visit. An additional advantage of our facility is its location within the Zagłębie Clinical Hospital in Czeladź, which enhances patients’ comfort and sense of security. The proximity to hospital facilities and medical infrastructure allows for the efficient organisation of diagnostic procedures and the provision of comprehensive care. We offer patients a facility that is easily accessible by both car and public transport from towns across the Silesian conurbation. The facility carries out magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT) and X-ray examinations.

What tests do we carry out?

Do we carry out tests on children?

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) – yes – from the age of 7.

Computed tomography (CT) – yes – from the age of 5.

Notes:
For the scan to be carried out, the child must be able to lie still and remain motionless for the entire duration of the procedure. The scan is performed without general anaesthesia – this type of anaesthesia may only be administered by an anaesthesia team. The decision to administer a contrast agent is made by the radiologist on a case-by-case basis.
