About the facility
The Voxel Medical Diagnostic Centre at 51 Królewska Street in Kraków is a state-of-the-art facility specialising in advanced diagnostic imaging, which, from 1 May 2025, will offer scans using the GE REVOLUTION MAXIMA 64-slice CT scanner.
The clinic carries out diagnostic tests for diseases of the nervous system, spinal conditions, and diseases of the respiratory, digestive, cardiac and circulatory systems.
We carry out private tests as well as tests under agreements with partner organisations.

Highly specialised examinations
CT coronary angiography – angiography of the coronary arteries. A procedure involving the injection of contrast medium into the coronary arteries to visualise them using X-rays; it is widely used in the diagnosis of ischaemic heart disease.
Calcium Score –a non-contrast scan to assess calcifications in the coronary arteries.
Do we carry out tests on children?
Computed Tomography (CT) – yes – from the age of 16,
Notes:
For the scan to be carried out, the child must be able to lie still and remain motionless for the entire duration of the procedure. The scan is performed without general anaesthesia – this type of anaesthesia may only be administered by an anaesthesia team. The decision to administer a contrast agent is made by the radiologist on a case-by-case basis.
