Medical appointments by telephone – incoming calls

Job description

The person appointed to this post will be responsible for the efficient registration of patients by telephone in the IT system.

Requirements

• The ability to pick up new knowledge quickly,
• Proficiency in using a computer,
• Availability and patience,
• The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure (e.g. dealing with a difficult patient),
• This person should demonstrate excellent manners,
• Fluency in Polish
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
