Types of magnetic resonance scans

Voxel magnetic resonance laboratories perform scientific research and all types of examinations including typical indications as well as examinations related to specific clinical problems, which are known as highly specialised examinations.

List of highly specialised MRI scans:

  • MRI of the heart (CMR)
  • MRI of the foetus
  • MRI fistulography
  • MRI mammography
  • MRI enteroclysis
  • Central nervous system functional tests
  • Experimental research related to scientific grants

Scans are performed in the following laboratories:
MR MCD Voxel Laboratory in Zabrze (CMR, MRI of the foetus, MRI examinations under general anaesthesia, MRI fistulography, MRI enteroclysis, MRI of the prostate gland)
MR MCD Voxel Laboratory in Bytom (MRI fistulography, MRI of the foetus)
MR MCD Voxel Laboratory in Kraków (MRI mammography, MRI of the foetus, central nervous system functional test),
MR MCD Voxel Laboratory in Warsaw (MRI of the prostate gland),
